Association members may be individuals 18 years of age or older who are registered as social services providers, as well as legal entities active in the social assistance and social health care areas that do not pursue for-profit activities. Registration fee is CZK 250.

SKOK does not form regional branches but has active co-workers in the regions. As before, it preserves the independence of organizations, provides services, monitors the situation and stimulates discussion. It spreads the message on NGO plurality.
